So long as I have my mind

The Sinner’s Prayer

Yeah, it’s pretty late in England at the moment but I wanted to document something that I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

It was the 12th January and even before so this post is a little late but I got to reflect on it so it’s okay. You see, on that day, I recited the Sinner’s Prayer. I say before the 12th because I had actually completed it before without properly realising. But the feeling of reading the prayer was just as if not more powerful than when I read it out loud.

The Sinner’s Prayer is a sort of confession,  a confession that acknowledges Jesus as our one true God and that we did all the wrongs that he righted for us. On that day I guess you could say I became Christian. Not a skeptic, but a true believer of God.

I didn’t realise the extent of its importance until I was getting congratulated from everyone in Hope. The funny thing is I had no idea everyone knew so I was really shocked because I didn’t tell anyone. Things spread like wild fire but you know that made me laugh so much especially, Miki’s flustered expression because she was the one who spilled the beans. I adore you so much Miki!

SHE LANDS TODAY! SHE LANDS TODAY! I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE HERRR!

That scatterbrained twenty something year old that wants to eat everything all time. The one that will stop at nothing to travel the world, the one who's loyalties lie with the people she loves. The one who will never give up on you and the one who radiates so much positivity that you might even find her a bit annoying sometimes.
